• Empower End-Users: Deliver exceptional onsite technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity challenges, fostering a productive user experience across our local teams.
• Fortify Network Infrastructure: Maintain and support critical local area network components, including switches, routers, and a Fortinet-based firewall, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Champion Cloud Security: Contribute to the management and security of our Azure cloud networking environment, implementing and maintaining security configurations and access controls.
• Bridge On-Premise and Cloud: Assist in the maintenance of on-premise domain services while contributing to the strategic evolution towards cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Proactive Security Management: Help safeguard our digital assets by managing user security protocols from endpoint to network perimeter.

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience encompassing both network infrastructure and end-user support.
• Proven expertise in managing Fortinet firewalls, network switching and routing technologies, and Azure cloud services.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Windows-based environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.

• Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing priorities and maintaining clear documentation.
• Comfortable with an onsite presence in the Houston area.
