Position Overview:

UST Global is looking for Java Full Stack Developers to design and build end-to-end business solutions for one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with domain and technical experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate actively with Product Owners to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Lead requirement discussions and review design specifications with stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the sprint backlog, ensuring timely feature development in collaboration with the team.
  • Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure best practices.
  • Develop reusable, testable, and self-contained AngularJS modules and components.
  • Prototype, develop, and troubleshoot software in both UI and service layers.
  • Perform peer code reviews focusing on scalability, reusability, and quality.
  • Engage in collaborative technical discussions on user experience, architecture, and development.
  • Deliver demonstrations to client stakeholders on project features using the latest technologies.

Technical Skills:

Frontend:

  • Expertise in AngularJS, JQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JSON.
  • Strong experience in HTML, CSS, and Responsive Web Design.
  • Proficient in developing accessible applications (WCAG, ARIA standards).
  • Ability to create custom AngularJS modules and components.

Backend:

  • Proficiency in Node.js or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of web service models and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with integration scenarios including Message Queues, Kafka, File Transfers.

Cloud & DevOps:

  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS or Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence.
  • Exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.
  • Test-driven development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in document extraction using AI/ML is a significant advantage.
  • Background in Python development is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application design.
