RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lake Mary, FL that is seeking an AI Program Manager (Operational).
Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, technically proficient, and results-oriented AI Transformation Manager to oversee the implementation, optimization, and governance of AI-powered applications across the organization. This role bridges the gap between AI technology and business operations, ensuring that AI initiatives align with strategic goals, deliver measurable impact, and are deployed ethically and responsibly. The AI Transformation Manager will take extreme ownership of AI initiatives and maintain deep knowledge of the Del-Air business model.
Specific Duties & Tasks:
Duties:
* AI Application Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of AI applications - from selection and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors, software developers, product owners, and business units to translate requirements into effective AI solutions
* Project Management: Lead projects involving AI tools and platforms ensuring on time and on budget delivery
* Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party AI vendors and platforms (e.g., Revin, Avoca, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS, GCS)
* Governance & Compliance: Ensure AI applications comply with data privacy laws, AI ethics standards, and organizational policies
* Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitor AI system performance, user adoption, and business impact, iterating as necessary
* Training & Change Management: Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or advanced analytics
* Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
* Proven experience in managing SaaS and cloud-based applications
* Strong understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred:
* Certifications in AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), or project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
* Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, etc.)
* Understanding of AI best practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
