Position: AI/ML Engineer (Agentic AI)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Manager notes:

For the AI/ML engineers you have good hands on experience with Agentic AI.

Responsibilities:

- Develop code to build AI agents that can automate tasks, integrate with LLM's

- Developing and implementing models and methods that extend and improve LLM capabilities and reliability

- Research, design and implement scalable machine learning models for real-time processing

- Developing new solutions and science best practices in Responsible AI

- Mentor and guide junior engineers.

- Developing prototypes and defining strategies, and metrics for technical progress in Deep Learning, RAG and LLMs

- Cross-functional team collaboration with fellow scientists and engineers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience using ML to solve problems in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), multimodal RT processing, and/or - other AI domains

- 3+ years of experience in one of the programming languages, such as: .Net, Java (.net primarily preferred)

- 3+ years of experience in one of the scripting languages, such as: Python, R, or SQL.

- 3+ years of developing machine learning applications

- 3+ years of experience in developing Responsible AI metrics, best practices, and/or solutions

- 3+ years of solid ML and RL research and developing experience

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn

- Experience with building AI agents and integrating them into applications
