The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of devices in a Windows-based environment.
- Assist with the maintenance and support of security cameras, servers, and network switches as needed.
- Deliver technical support to staff within a secure facility, with occasional interaction with individuals involved in work detail programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure seamless support and system functionality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
- Experience with hardware installation, diagnostics, and repair.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and equipment such as switches and servers is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a structured, secure environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in physically demanding positions for extended periods.
- Must successfully submit background check and drug screening.
- Completion of mandatory training (2-3 weeks) to prepare for working in the environment.
