Job Description
What is the opportunity?
This role is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Money Movement Space (Bill Pay, Wires, ACH, Check Deposits) or Credit Card, Mortgage and CAA Space.
The SME in the Money Movement Space (Bill Pay, Wires, ACH, Check Deposits etc). will coordinate all projects & development across different teams, internally (ISL, ESS, USWM Operations, USWM BPM teams) and with external vendors (USBank, Wells Fargo, JPMC). This role will also play a pivotal role in participating in designing the future payment rails (RBC Clear or CUSO payment hub).
The SME in the Credit Card, Mortgage & CAA space. Mortgage & Credit Card will work across various teams within USWM (Salesforce, WMO & Mobile) and with CNB (Mezzo for Mortgage & Vervent & Onboarding Partners for Credit Cards). CAA project is not yet initiated, but an internal USWM development team will be required to build the capability.
What will do you do?
Act as a Technical Lead to review the Architecture solution and work with Developers to deliver the solution for business benefit.
What do you need to succeed?
For the first TSA role - Technically good knowledge of APIs, Java SpringBoot, Technology Architecture, good communication & interactive skills across business & development teams, cross-payments domain knowledge in Banking.
For the second TSA role - Technically good knowledge of APIs, Java SpringBoot, Technology Architecture, good communication & interactive skills across business & development teams, with Deposits & Credit functions knowledge in Banking.
Must haves:
Strong Design & architecture acumen, abreast of modern technologies & trends, high level of analytical & cognitive skills, good interactive skills, can-do attitude fostering collaboration and attention to details.
Nice to haves:
Knowledge about Java technology stack, building APIs

The expected salary range for this particular position is $80,000-$140,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
