<>Summary</>

We are seeking a Manual QA Tester with strong analytical skills and experience in API and backend testing. This role involves validating complex systems end-to-end, ensuring integrations and data flows function correctly. You will design and execute test cases, collaborate with developers and product teams, and contribute to improving QA processes. Candidates with a BA/BSA background are highly preferred. Interviews are quick-30 minutes with the hiring manager followed by an onsite team meeting-with an immediate start.




<>Responsibilities</>

  • Develop and execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems.

  • Validate API responses, data integrity, and system integrations.

  • Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across multiple environments.

  • Document defects clearly in Jira and collaborate with engineering for resolution.

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.

  • Partner with product and development teams to ensure release quality.




<>Skills</>

  • 3-5+ years of manual QA experience (mid to senior level).

  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to understand system architecture and workflows.

  • Experience testing APIs and backend processes.

  • BA/BSA background or equivalent experience in requirements analysis.

  • Familiarity with SDLC, QA methodologies, and defect tracking tools.

  • Nice to have: basic SQL for data validation; exposure to automation tools.
