Location: Wilmington, DE - Hybrid 3 Days onsite

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of moderately complex software solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and deliver high-quality engineering outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, compliance standards, and the ability to evaluate and resolve technical issues effectively
Skills & Technologies

1. C# and .NET Expertise
   Deep understanding of C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.8, and the dotnet CLI

1. Asynchronous Programming & LINQ
   Proficient in async/await for asynchronous operations and LINQ for efficient data querying
2. ASP.NET Core Web Development
   Skilled in building RESTful APIs, MVC applications, and microservices using ASP.NET Core

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and execution of software engineering deliverables for moderately complex projects.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software engineering challenges, applying sound judgment and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with functional requirements, policies, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to the resolution of technical issues and support the delivery of scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Provide consultation and support to client personnel in software engineering initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, demonstrated through one or more of the following: professional work experience, consulting, military service, or relevant education.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies, including:
  • .NET Framework
  • .NET Development
  • C# and related tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
