Job Purpose

Perform tasks to ensure the timely and efficient management of Key Performance Indicators using Power BI. Manage the hiring plan by tracking full-time employees, leavers, and joiners of the organization. Perform all tasks associated with being a Grid: Voice survey Champion. Support Band B & C of the organization with special projects and tasks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate ORM/KPI dashboards monthly for Gas Asset Management & Engineering (GAME) organization.
  • Create and update hiring plans for all directors in GAME organization.
  • Review, identify trends and actions for GAME as a result of the Grid: Voice survey results
  • Coordinate Service Transfer Logs
  • Lead Business Continuity Process for Gas Engineering & Construction Support (GE&CS) and GAME.
  • Monitor and update SharePoint sites for GAME NY.
  • Coordinate GAME metrics for the Network Delivery Process with Project Controls and Investment Planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of analytical experience preferred, or three years of analytical work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with Metrics and KPI's preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated approach in stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Experience in applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps).

Downstate NY Salary: $100,000 - $118,000 a year

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
