Help build intelligent agents that assist with document processing, claim triage, and policy servicing workflows.
Work on integrating LLMs into existing insurance systems, focusing on automation of structured and unstructured data handling.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with agentic development experience with Pandas, FastAPI, and OpenAI API.
- Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering, embeddings, and basic RAG.
- Experience building microservices and integrating them with insurance systems.
- Familiarity with health insurance documents and workflows.
- Basic experience with vector databases (FAISS, Bandrock, Qdrant, or Vertex AI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement prompt-based single-agent systems using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex for claim summarization, document classification, and email triage.
- Integrate AI models into various insurance-based agent subsystems (claims, billing, provider lookup).
- Build multi-agent orchestration of RAG pipelines using FARS, Pinecone, or Chromadb to retrieve relevant policy clauses or care histories.
- Build simple FastAPI microservices to expose AI models (entity extraction, eligibility checks, quote assistants).
