Job Description: IT Program Manager
Key Responsibilities (Duties):
- Strategically guide the managed services programs, tracking schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget and meeting customer standards and contractual obligations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage diverse managed team of IT professionals, fostering an environment of professionalism, innovation, and excellence.
- Partner with client, and Customer s contract and procurement management to ensure effective program support, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service integrity.
- Direct the technical strategy and establishing best IT/OT Service practices.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement, keeping ahead of industry trends and integrating new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
- Maintain clear communication across all managed services teams and departments, ensuring strategic alignment with broader company goals and priorities.
- Display adaptability by taking on additional responsibilities as needed, proactively responding to changing business and management demands.
- Respond to customer inquiries and related correspondence. Provide input to schedulers, procurement and contracts for look-ahead coordination, and manage staffing to ensure customer satisfaction and schedule compliance

Experience as a Program Manager with a Minimum of 10 years in IT or OT Services Support, with extensive experience in developing custom solutions and providing high level customer satisfaction. At least 5 years in a leadership role managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams. |

|
Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Master s degree preferred. |
|
|
Experienced in creating and managing team budgets and financial forecasting. |
|
|
Working knowledge of how schedules work with ability to interpret and use Gantt chart-based data from such tools as P6 and MS Project. |
|
|
Ability to track multiple tasks over long periods of time ensuring customer change management and business rhythms are not disrupted. |
|
|
Proficient in managing hybrid teams and contracted personnel. |
|
|
Demonstrated success in delivering complex managed services on time and within budget. |
|
|
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to working alongside other program management to transform business requirements into high-quality service solutions. |

|
Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities, skilled at motivating and guiding teams through complex customer environments and business cycles |
