RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:
Program Management & Leadership:
* Manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse geographical locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Facilities, Supply Chain, and third-party vendors, to achieve project objectives
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies

Project Execution:
* Lead the design and implementation of people, technology and process consolidation projects driven by acquisitions
* Oversee hardware refresh activities across multiple locations
* Additional project duties as required
* Act as the project lead in designing timelines and schedules to meet
* Develop and implement a roadmap for the Rubrik backup environment spanning 20 global locations

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
* Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, leadership, and external vendors/partners
* Ensure timely and clear communication of project updates, milestones, and challenges to all stakeholders
* Collaborate with IT leadership to align project goals with organizational priorities

Budget and Vendor Management:
* Manage project budgets, including procurement, vendor contracts, and cost controls
* Negotiate with vendors to ensure delivery of services and products that meet quality and performance standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related education + experience
* PMP, Agile, or similar certification strongly preferred
* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale technical infrastructure projects
* Experience with structured cabling design and implementation, working with Architects, Engineers and /systems Analysts
* Proven track record of delivering projects in multinational organizations with geographically dispersed teams
* Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, private cloud, storage, backup, and UPS systems
* Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft M365, Active Directory, Okta and 3rd party desktop applications
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and generate weekly status & progress reports for senior leadership team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
* Specific proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies (e.g., SmartSheet, Monday, Jira, Agile/Waterfall)
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
* Local travel to Canada may be required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
