Role : Lead Business Analyst
Location : Remote ( Tallahassee, FL)
Duration : Fulltime
Business Analysis with agile experience, requirements, design, and translation of business requirements to technical teams in the subject area of Professional Licensing
State project experience required
- Worked as a Business Analyst in Agile teams supporting Professional Licensing systems for regulatory agencies.
- Elicited, analyzed, and documented business requirements , translating licensing rules into user stories and acceptance criteria .
- Collaborated with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate design and implementation of licensing workflows.
- Supported backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT , ensuring solutions met regulatory and compliance needs.
- Created and maintained process flows and business documentation aligned with licensing policies
