Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale AI SDKs that support foundational model integration, agentic workflows, and real-time inference pipelines
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and platform architects to define end-to-end agentic AI application patterns
- Drive the adoption of LangGraph and similar frameworks to orchestrate multi-agent workflows and memory-augmented reasoning
Define and enforce technical standards for observability, security, and responsible AI practices within the SDK - Partner with data engineering teams to integrate structured and unstructured data sources (e.g., S3, Redshift, Confluence) into knowledge bases
Contribute to technical roadmaps, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging AI capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of foundation models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and their adaptation techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar agentic orchestration frameworks Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-native AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, Redshift)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SDK development and API lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with security architecture for AI systems and data governance.
- Prior work in enterprise-scale AI deployments or platform enablement roles.

- This role is part of a broader initiative to enable over 750 product teams to integrate GenAI into their workflows
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with evolving metrics and goals.
