Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation to support our healthcare technology initiatives. This is a remote opportunity for a long-term contract (12+ months), ideal for candidates experienced in regulated environments such as HIPAA/SOC2.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud Platform
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitOps, and ArgoCD
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS, GKE, OpenShift)
Enforce security standards using SonarQube and JFrog Artifactory
Configure and manage feature flags using LaunchDarkly
Create automation scripts in Bash and Python
Leverage AI tools like Windsurf for self-service capabilities
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 regulations
Optimize and configure build agents for performance
Independently troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues

Required Skills:

10+ years in IT infrastructure and operations
5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
Proven experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries
Strong expertise in Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure automation
Excellent problem-solving and scripting skills

Preferred Background:

Healthcare technology or compliance-heavy environments
Experience with AI-driven DevOps tools and modern observability stacks
