Prior experience working with state agencies within the State of California.

Experience in automating, testing, and supporting public pension and governmental retirement benefit systems, with deep domain expertise in platforms such as CalPERS.

Proficiency with ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams.

Familiarity with public sector software development lifecycles and compliance standards.

Ability to collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure test coverage and traceability.

Excellent documentation skills to maintain test plans, scripts, and reports.

Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.

Collaborate closely with QA leads, business teams, and developers to define testing strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the automated testing framework.

Track defects using Jira and actively participate in triage meetings.

Participate in daily stand-ups and cross-functional project discussions via Microsoft Teams.

Exposure to large-scale pension and benefits systems modernization programs.
