Virtutem is seeking a Senior .NET Web Developer to take ownership of mission-critical enterprise applications. You’ll be the in-house technical lead, collaborating with offshore developers while building high-quality, thoroughly tested solutions.
You’ll work across .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), React, SQL Server, and enterprise integrations using Infor ION, Infor CRM, and Batch Metrics. This role also includes exploring AI bot integrations as part of our future roadmap.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities
Support and enhance enterprise applications including:
A Customer Services Order Entry application integrated with enterprise systems.
A complex Planning application integrated with Batch Metrics ().
Design and implement integrations using Infor ION and other middleware.
Develop modern front-end features using React.
Explore and deliver AI bot integrations as part of our roadmap.
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Ensure all code is reliable and production-ready through comprehensive automated testing (unit, integration, regression), as our clients depend heavily on quality.
Collaborate with offshore developers and act as the primary in-house technical lead.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Hands-on experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.
Proven debugging and performance optimization skills.
Solid database knowledge (SQL Server or equivalent).
Strong background in automated testing and delivering stable, production-ready code.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Infor LX and Infor ION integrations.
Experience with Infor CRM.
Familiarity with Batch Metrics platform.
Prior work with AI/chatbot integrations.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary in the $115K–$135K range, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and leadership.
This role is remote-first, with preference for candidates located in the Midwest, Texas, or Southeast U.S. where our compensation is most competitive.
