Primary job duties/responsibilities:
Good experience in Software Testing concept and methodology
Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tool like ALM and Agility
Good Communication skill and able to handle team.
Experience in API, JMS, Data base and client server Architecture.
Experience in Git, Java and Programming concept.
Ready Api, JMeter, insomnia knowledge

Responsibilities: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Automated Testing is required. Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy, Test Automation Framework, and Agile ALM Tools is suggested.
Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality.
Mentor team members on best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives.
Continuously assess and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in testing.
