Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Architect to design, develop, and implement highly complex, scalable, and reliable application infrastructure. This role requires leading the technical architecture of systems, guiding teams in the development process, and ensuring digital accessibility compliance. As a .NET Architect, you will provide hands-on technical expertise in .NET, C#, and JavaScript while collaborating closely with stakeholders, guiding teams, and ensuring that the organization s applications meet both business and technical objectives. Additionally, you will work within the WBC (Web-Based Collaboration) framework to enhance team collaboration and development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in software development with 5+ years of experience as an architect, specializing in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.

  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and modern development practices.

  • Architecture & Design: Experience designing and implementing large-scale, complex, and scalable systems and applications.

  • Agile Methodology: Solid experience in Agile environments, with a strong focus on sprint management and team collaboration.

  • Accessibility Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital accessibility guidelines and experience incorporating them into development practices.

  • WBC Tools: Experience using Web-Based Collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams) to enhance communication, project tracking, and collaboration within the team.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders and team members.
