We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Architect to join our HR Operations team. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable, user-friendly Workday solutions with a primary focus on Learning Manage

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM modules, including LMS, Absence Management, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Drive enhancements, new feature rollouts, and system automation to improve usability and compliance.
  • Design and manage integrations with enterprise and third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Workday developers and analysts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration, integration, and data issues.
  • Support LMS content deployment and workflow configuration to enhance employee development.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including occasional coordination with offshore Workday architects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on expertise in:




    • Advanced Compensation
    • Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Absence Management

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system architecture.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Web Services.
  • Proven ability to design efficient, user-friendly, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams.
