Job Title: Jr. Product Owner (Open to Sr. Business Analysts)

Duration: 8 months (34 weeks)
Hours/Week: 40
Location: Hybrid - Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 27-01 Queens Plaza North, Long Island City, NY

Position Summary:
Seeking a Jr. Product Owner or experienced Sr. Business Analyst to support Creative Production Applications within the Creative Technology ecosystem. This role will execute a pre-defined roadmap, manage Wrike (project management tool), and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of Martech strategy for Creative Technology initiatives
• Manage Wrike tool and respond to configuration questions
• Collaborate with Creative Center of Excellence and brand teams
• Drive data cleanup and dashboard enhancements
• Implement frameworks to improve cross-functional collaboration and productivity
• Translate strategic plans into actionable tasks

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Sr. Business Analyst
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to interpret and execute strategic roadmaps
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools (Wrike )

Must have Skills:

• Background in IT with exposure to creative environments
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (not required)
• Experience in global DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) organizations
• Understanding of:
  • Agile development methodologies
  • Product/platform design and management
  • Learning & Development domain
  • Managing distributed teams
  • Creative technologies (content production, proofing, storage, distribution, analytics, personalization)

Functional Competencies:

• Strategic understanding of creative technologies across global teams
• Awareness of macro trends in creative and marketing tech
• Ability to define and communicate key messages
• Change management and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong stakeholder engagement and feedback integration

Education:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
