Job Title: Jr. Product Owner (Open to Sr. Business Analysts)
Duration: 8 months (34 weeks)
Hours/Week: 40
Location: Hybrid - Onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 27-01 Queens Plaza North, Long Island City, NY
Position Summary:
Seeking a Jr. Product Owner or experienced Sr. Business Analyst to support Creative Production Applications within the Creative Technology ecosystem. This role will execute a pre-defined roadmap, manage Wrike (project management tool), and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Position Summary:

- Support execution of Martech strategy for Creative Technology initiatives
- Manage Wrike tool and respond to configuration questions
- Collaborate with Creative Center of Excellence and brand teams
- Drive data cleanup and dashboard enhancements
- Implement frameworks to improve cross-functional collaboration and productivity
- Translate strategic plans into actionable tasks
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Sr. Business Analyst
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interpret and execute strategic roadmaps
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools (Wrike )
- Background in IT with exposure to creative environments
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (not required)
- Experience in global DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) organizations
- Understanding of:
- Agile development methodologies
- Product/platform design and management
- Learning & Development domain
- Managing distributed teams
- Creative technologies (content production, proofing, storage, distribution, analytics, personalization)
- Strategic understanding of creative technologies across global teams
- Awareness of macro trends in creative and marketing tech
- Ability to define and communicate key messages
- Change management and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong stakeholder engagement and feedback integration
