Product Owner

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors to develop and execute product roadmaps in an agile environment.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to drive product development and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into well-defined product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Drive product strategy alignment with enterprise vision and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor product performance and iterate on features to maximize value for users and the business.
- Lead major system projects and initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Manage customer communications and escalations related to product features and incidents.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Quality Measures (HEDIS, CORE, etc.) and Risk Adjustment Models (CDPS, HCC, ACG, DCG, ETG).
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of Quality Measures and Risk Adjustment Models in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise health plan reporting suites and SQL queries is a plus.
