Job Title :- Business Analyst CA/CPA
Location: Brentwood, TN / Atlanta, GA Onsite role
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, and AM modules and workflows and Reporting.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation (Oracle, SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Ability to work on complex business scenarios and translate them into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with business process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Good to have worked one of the ERP s MS Dynamics 365 F&O, Oracle, SAP etc
- I need a BA, who has operarations background , who has done business process flows, Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents, built test scripts, worked closely with customers helping test and train the users
