Pay Range:$25.97-$37.10/Hrs
Description:
* Enable market teams to enhance customer experience and increase customer counts.
* Provide operational support, quality assurance, and process improvement across multiple functions.
* Liaise with IT, Marketing, Call Center, and Operations for market segment results.
* Manage diverse assignments, projects, and processes for customer enrollment and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work across processes and systems to become a subject matter expert.
* Deliver expected and timely outcomes.
* Monitor operational metrics and respond to ensure superior performance.
* Identify issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.
* Design and manage processes and database solutions.
* Evaluate operational processes for control and maintain documentation.
* Develop business requirements for new capabilities and products.
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of professional experience required.
* 1-2 years related experience in an Operations/IT/Project Management/Consulting role preferred.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
