In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:





Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.

Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.





Required Qualifications:





5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

10 to 12 plus years of experience of Java overall

Restful Webservices 5 plus years of experience

Micro Services 3 to 5 plus years of experience

KAFKA integration 3 plus years of experience

Spring Cloud 3 to 5 plus years of experience

CI/CD: Docker, Kuberbetes

Part of a brand new engineering project to build out a suite of solutions for the Global Control Room within Compliance.

Rajiv's business constituents produce data to prevent insider trading. Manage material non-public info through bill management.

23 people on the team scattered across NJ, Charlotte, Dallas, Phoenix, and India. 8 contractors, 15 employees.

Project in the third of four to five planned years. Developing for the cloud, will eventually be released to Azure or Google Cloud.

They have cutting edge technology in the environment like Kafka and they are developing user cases for AI.

Cultural skills are equally important to tech skills for the RTM.

Ability to work well with disparate resources across the tech team and product team they associate with. Able to resolve conflicts.

Able to work independently on tech responsibilities barring the institutional knowledge that they'd develop.

RTM is most interested in someone who is still on their way up in their careers and is still hungry to improve themselves and grow further.

Candidates with 15+ years of experience and who may be set in their ways aren't of interest.

Financial experience would be good but is secondary to soft skills and strong engineering.
