RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Syteline Administrator.
Responsibilities:
* Administer and configure the Infor Syteline ERP system to meet business requirements, including module configuration, user setup, and security
* Develop and maintain sales, purchasing, production, shipping, engineering, month-end, and annual reports to support business operations, ensuring accurate and timely information is available
* Manage and support integrated applications within Syteline to ensure seamless operation and data integrity
* Configure Syteline modules to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and Birst
* Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis
* Develop and maintain custom integrations with external systems and applications to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency
* Provide training curriculum and support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues
* Stay informed of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance and their applicability to the organization
* Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and customization details
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve issues related to the Syteline system
* Respond to support tickets, diagnose problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner
* Manage data within the Syteline system, including data imports, exports, backups, and data integrity checks; Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in accordance with organizational policies, needs, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* Certification in Infor Syteline administration or relevant ERP certifications is a plus
* Previous experience as a Syteline Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Infor Syteline ERP system
* Proficiency in system administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, and performance tuning
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Experience with system upgrades, maintenance, and data management practices
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and security best practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
