Job Description:

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Product Manager to oversee the development, enhancement, and optimization of ServiceNow's Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Vulnerability Response. The ideal candidate will serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders to drive the product roadmap and ensure high-value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the ETS Risk SecOps product roadmap and backlog.
  • Submit, track, and validate enhancement and incident requests.
  • Approve development plans and participate in testing and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with platform and development teams to guide product solutions.
  • Act as liaison between ETS Risk customer teams and technical teams.
  • Engage customers to gather feedback and refine product strategies.
  • Ensure timely communication of development progress and roadmaps to stakeholders.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and ensure the delivery meets business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in risk management or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and other SecOps modules.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Experience in leading IT projects, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with IT risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to build rapport with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
