Job Title: Junior PM / Project Coordinator (Smartsheet Experience)
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Remote role
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator with foundational project management skills and hands-on experience using Smartsheet. The ideal candidate will support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities and timelines
- Maintain and update project trackers and dashboards in Smartsheet
- Support status reporting and documentation for ongoing projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather updates and ensure alignment
- Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to project leads
- Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
Skills:
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Smartsheet and at least 3+ years in project management
- Proficiency in Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with basic project management methodologies and tools.
