About this Position:
Job Title: Frontliner/Receptionist
Personnel Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with customer service practices.

  • Demonstrated experience with operational and safety procedures associated with a public-facing frontline position.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Knowledge of federal and agency policies for providing information to the public.

  • Demonstrated experience with custom software applications.

  • Familiarity with the existing agency website and software systems.

Technical Requirements/Tasks:
  • This support role includes several functions vital to the overall functionality and efficiency of the customer service of the Headquarters building and the office services team.
The primary tasks of the position are:
  • Staff the HQ front desk, which provides customer service and public interface to visiting public and partners, as well as hosted employees.

  • Ensure public visitors to the headquarters receive accurate information in accordance with all applicable policies.

  • Support safety functions by maintaining security, equipment protection and daily operations in accordance with established policies and standards.

  • Ensure data collection, analysis, and upward reporting is accurate.

  • Provide assistance with file management systems and other office services in accordance with Federal records policies.
