About the Role
We re seeking a Tech Lead Mobile (Android & iOS) to architect, design, and lead development for our next-generation mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise across both Android and iOS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, architecture, and development of Android and iOS apps Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Kotlin and Swift (or cross-platform frameworks) Oversee integration with backend APIs, authentication layers, and analytics frameworks Ensure code quality through code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing Mentor and guide mobile developers across Android and iOS teams Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to refine app experiences Stay updated with the latest mobile OS updates, SDK changes, and emerging technologies Optimize apps for performance, memory, and battery usage Drive release management and coordinate app submissions to stores
Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science or related field 8+ years of mobile development experience (both Android & iOS) Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, and mobile frameworks Experience with MVVM/MVP, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, and dependency injection Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and mobile CI/CD Strong leadership and mentorship skills Proven track record of delivering production-grade apps with high user engagement
