Principal Engineer - Business Process Automation

We have an opportunity for a senior-level Principal Engineer to have a key role in the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise workflow automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms. This includes initial conceptualization, detailed design, development, testing, implementation, optimization and ongoing maintenance.
We'll look to you to identify automation opportunities as well as translate business needs into efficient workflows while streamlining critical business operations to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document comprehensive business and technical requirements. You will also be expected to act as a mentor to junior engineers, business analysts and other team members.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
* 7 - 10 years innovating and delivering of platforms
* 4 - 7 years of proven experience in the complete lifecycle of enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions that includes developing strategies for automation platforms
* Demonstrated expertise utilizing no-code/low-code platforms that includes practical experience
* Understanding of backend technologies and frameworks including AWS
* Knowledge of data integrity and security principles related to automation solutions
* Background designing and implementing custom connectors or integrations within automation platforms
* Strong technical and leadership skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to articulate and present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
* Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Microsoft Power Platform desired
* Understanding of agile methodologies within software development lifecycles preferred
Pay range: $158,000 - $197,000
