Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Salesforce Developer to work on their project based out of Columbia, SC / 100 % Remote.

Job Title: Computer Operator

Location: Columbia, SC / 100 % Remote

Duration: 8 Months

Job Description:

As a Tier1 support team member, serve as backup to footprints administrator. Collaborate with Footprints ticketing administrator to make necessary changes to forms, workspaces and develop FAQs. Document, update and verify the steps in collaborating with the Tech Writer.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Microsoft Excel
  2. Microsoft Power BI
  3. BMC Footprints Ticketing System
  4. Collaboration
  5. Communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with participating in software upgrade, Change and Release Management procedures.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or High School with 2 years of experience
