Responsibilities:
- Manage and process a diverse range of retirement plans with high accuracy and adherence to strict service level agreements.
- Make informed decisions and take responsibility for resolving client issues, complaints, and requests for special reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive daily records for all assigned retirement plans, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correct.
- Process new loan requests, conduct account research, and reconcile various financial transactions including participant and employer contributions, payments, income, forfeitures, and fees.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, meet client needs, and minimize potential errors.
- Participate in team meetings to share ideas, ensure cross-coverage, and maintain high levels of team support and plan knowledge.
- Provide frontline client support, offering solutions and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in retirement plan administration or a similar financial services role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent decision-making abilities with a capacity to handle complex situations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service level agreements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience with financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools relevant to retirement plan processing.
- Availability to work on-site as per business requirements.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.05 Hourly
