In this pivotal role, you'll assign and track tasks across a 65-member team, resolve resource and capacity challenges, and act as a critical liaison between technical and business teams. responsibilities:
- Assign and track incoming tasks across a 65-member team within Data Services
- Monitor daily work queues and reassign tasks to manage bottlenecks
- Maintain real-time awareness of project progress and task completion
- Report on task status and workflow performance to leadership
- Escalate widespread technical issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and client-facing teams
- Provide analytics and reporting on workflow efficiency and staffing capacity
- Track actual hours against project budgets and timelines
- Professionally communicate with internal teams, clients, and project managers
- Log time accurately for all project-related work
- De-escalate conflicts and help maintain a cooperative team environment
qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Workforce Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tables, formulas, and formatting
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of shifting tasks and priorities
- Experience working with ambiguity and solving complex coordination challenges
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project scopes and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and located in one of the approved hub states
