  • 60 months of experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools like Integration Broker.

  • 48 months of experience working in People Tools and PUM upgrades.

  • 36 months of experience configuring and customizing Smart HR Templates and Application Packages.

  • 36 months of experience with Fluid, Work Centers, Activity Guides, Dashboards, and Page and Field Configurator.

Detailed Job Description: Deliver expert-level PeopleSoft Application Architect and Development support to assess and address the impact of the HCM system upgrade on existing customizations. This role is critical to ensuring that custom functionality is preserved or optimized as part of the upgrade process.
