SUMMARY OF POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Lennar is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Sr. Business Analyst with a unique combination of business analysis and product management skills. The Sr/Finance Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and leading various process and technology improvement initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement. They will be required to work with other Finance resources and a cross functional team from the broader business and IT during the execution of finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who is able to independently translate general business requirements into achievable projects and ensure these changes align to the strategic vision of the Finance function. The successful candidate will bring direct experience in problem solving, process analysis, design, and implementation of complex solutions. Experience in finance, operations, analytics, BI reporting tools, and ERP systems is highly desirable.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Principles and practices of effective team building, team leadership and conflict resolution.
- Advanced principles and practices of process improvement and workflow analysis.
- Software development life cycle A broad range of operations, services, concepts, terms, and activities common to a strategic, state-of-the-art Fintech Program.
- Generate regular reports on project status, key metrics, and product performance.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions to meet business requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered products meet stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as a key member of a project team and working with cross-functional business partners to analyze, design, and implement end to end Finance processes solutions that drive standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness / quality of processes to meet business requirements.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Deep understanding and 5+ years experience working with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications with either JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud.
- 5+ years Lean Sig Sigma Experience Greenbelt required. Business Process Management a plus.
- Multiple certifications in analytics and product management.
- We'll need someone with deep Hyperion/ Essbase knowledge
