About the Role
We are a rapidly growing IT professional services company with over $400M in annual revenue, scaling at 25?30% year-over-year. To support our continued growth, we are creating a new Director, FP&A role.
As the Director of FP&A, you will play a critical role in building out our financial modeling and forecasting capabilities, partnering with leaders across the business, and supporting M&A activities. This highly visible position reports directly to the CFO and offers the opportunity to shape the future of our FP&A function and grow into broader leadership responsibilities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year strategic planning.
- Deliver accurate rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to guide executive decision-making.
- Serve as a financial partner to Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Data teams.
- Lead M&A financial modeling, diligence, and post-acquisition integration; assist with board and investor materials.
- Develop dashboards and KPI visualizations in Power BI to surface insights.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reports and presentations.
- Establish scalable FP&A processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, complete security awareness training, and help identify and mitigate risks.
