AV Technician
GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Denver, CO looking to add an AV Technician to their team. The role is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position.

Must have experience with QSYS 
Responsibilities :

• Installation and service for commercial A/V, security, and automation systems
• Troubleshooting, repair, and updates to systems to operate at peak performance
• Termination and connection of wiring as determined by the project
• Installation, configuration and testing of components according to company quality standards
• Assembly, wiring, and installation of equipment racks and wiring harnesses
• Programming and commissioning of systems
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Follow general building codes and construction requirements
• Other duties as assigned by the service manager

Qualifications :

• Programming experience with QSYS 
• Strong technical background with expertise in Surveillance/Access Control, networking and/or Audio Visual systems
• Proficiency with hand tools and software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of computer hardware and ability to read schematics
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
