Spearhead the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure full functionality, compliance, and sustainability.
Lead the seamless integration between EMR, HRIS, Office 365 apps, and POS systems
Vendor and Contract Management:
Take control of vendor partnerships-foster relationships, negotiate advantageous agreements, and ensure peak performance.
Contract evaluations
Technical Innovation:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 apps, driving impactful optimizations.
Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
Data Security and Compliance:
Implement gold-standard practices for data retention, secure destruction, and regulatory compliance.
Proven success managing and optimizing SaaS platforms, with deep knowledge of systems like EMR, HRIS, Office 365, and POS.
