  • Represent the organization externally, engaging with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen our reputation as a leader in advanced energy systems.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise - from engineering and operations to executive leadership - to align priorities and resolve complex challenges.
  • Own results by managing budgets, resources, and project milestones with discipline and agility.
  • Present insights and strategy to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and long-term planning.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven expertise: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
  • Deep technical foundation: 12+ years of progressive engineering experience with significant exposure to battery and/or fuel cell systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership: 5+ years in senior technical management, leading teams through the full lifecycle of advanced energy technologies from concept to commercialization.
  • Strategic thinker with execution excellence: Skilled at translating vision into actionable plans, with a record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Influential communicator: Ability to present technical and strategic material with clarity to diverse audiences, including executives, partners, and customers.
  • People-focused leader: Experienced in workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and building strong, collaborative cultures.

Where and When You'll Work:
  • This position is based on-site at our Rochester, New York location, where you'll collaborate closely with your team in a dynamic workplace.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Salary: $164,934 - $211,453 per year. Compensation is based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.
