Job Details

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Digital Commerce Marketing Analytics Consultant (Remote)
- Location: Manager based in Atlanta, GA
- Type: Long-term contract with hire potential

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital commerce and retail media data to identify factors impacting conversion rates.
- Develop and implement predictive models to optimize keyword bids and improve profit/share of voice.
- Utilize advanced analytics, statistical techniques, and machine learning on large first-party datasets.
- Perform complex SQL-based ETL from multiple data sources.
- Provide actionable recommendations to boost search spending efficiency and conversion rates.
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Drive strategic analytics projects and collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Manage end-to-end analytics project execution, including engaging with external suppliers.
- Serve as SME for first/zero party data sources and ensure data quality and governance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and analytics performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years in data science/advanced analytics, preferably in digital commerce or retail media.
- Proficient in Python or R.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, CTR, ROAS, CLV, Attribution Modeling).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of digital ad platforms (Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently.

Desired Experience:
- Advanced analytics on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart Scintilla, Kroger Collaborative Cloud, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar.
- Experience in search engine/search bidding optimization using customer behavior modeling (CLV, RFM).
