Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our Client As a key client-facing leader, the Client Partner will manage strategic accounts, drive digital transformation engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends business development, consulting, and project oversight to ensure client success and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement
Understand client needs and align capabilities to deliver high-impact solutions
Lead account planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and project success
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on business and technology challenges
Act as the escalation point for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in client management, consulting,
Proven track record in account growth, project delivery, and executive stakeholder management
Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology solutions, and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
