Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Technology Support Analyst for a law firm include:
- Providing technical support to attorneys and staff for hardware, software, mobile devices, and legal-specific applications.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing tools.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Supporting legal technology platforms, such as document management systems, timekeeping software, and e-discovery tools.
- Collaborating with IT teams on system upgrades, security protocols, and software rollouts.
- Training users on new technologies and best practices for using firm-approved systems and tools.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of support tickets, procedures, and system configurations.
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies, data security standards, and legal industry regulations.
