-- 12-month contract / extensions and perm conversion are possible with good performance. -- Onsite in Montreal, QC hybrid twice per week is the #1 option. Local to Toronto is #2. The client is open to 100% remote candidates if they are a perfect fit. -- Drug & Background required.

Job description:
We are looking for an IAM technical expert specialized in SailPoint IIQ to join the Identity and Access Management solutions team. You will be part of a team that leads the design, development, implementation, and support of identity (IAM/IDM) technologies, processes, and workflows within the enterprise.
On a day-to-day basis, the role focuses on supporting the SailPoint IIQ platform and actively participating in the development, testing, design and enhancement of the overall Access Management program.
Requirements:
The position requires expert knowledge of IAM tools, risk controls, and best practices, as well as a strong hands-on experience with operations, scripting and development in SailPoint IIQ.
What you will do:
- Design and deploy enhancements and new feature in SailPoint IIQ.
Recommend approaches to streamline and automate IAM processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyse recurring issues in SailPoint and help in the resolution of documented problems.
- Work with the key stakeholders to design and develop additional process/workflow automation.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Define all automation, testing, and defect management activities within JIRA.
- Document all functionalities and processes withing Confluence.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience working in an IAM-related team, showing a clear career progression in capabilities and responsibilities.
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Security organizations.
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting SailPoint IIQ.
- 2-4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Java, Beanshell, JavaScript, PowerShell or Python.
Nice to haves:
- Experience building ServiceNow workflows and applications and in designing & maintaining ServiceNow Service Portals.
- Knowledge of software development practices and concepts.
- Experience in the Cyber Security field
- SailPoint IIQ Certified Administrator
- SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer
