Job Details
Position: Salesforce Developer Contract: W2 Only
Responsibilities:
- At least 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience designing and building enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud).
- Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL, Governor Limits, and Trigger frameworks.
- Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs, and preferably GraphQL.
- Good to have experience with Salesforce DX, DevOps tools (like Gearset, Copado).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Version control knowledge, especially with Git.
- Experience in Agile teams, collaborating with PMs, admins, QA, and designers.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills within Salesforce.
- Experience writing unit tests and maintaining high test coverage.
- Ability to provide accurate effort estimations and meet delivery timelines.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
