Sr. Workday Integration Analyst
Location: Peoria, IL OR Tucson, AZ. This is day 1 onsite job in Peoria, IL OR Tucson, AZ.
Duration: 6 Months+
Tax Term: W2
Description: Design, develop, and maintain Workday Integrations: Should be using various Workday tools and methodologies to create integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Gather and analyze business requirements: Should collaborate with stakeholders to understand their integration needs and translate those needs into technical solutions that meet business objectives.
Troubleshoot and support existing integrations: Should includes in monitoring integrations, resolving issues, performing root cause analyses, and providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal business disruption.
Test and deploy integrations: Should be responsible for developing testing plans, executing end-to-end testing, coordinating with downstream teams for UAT, and managing production deployments and post-release support.
Create and maintain integration documentation: Comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, data mapping, technical workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders: Should work closely with various teams to ensure successful integration projects, address integration-related issues, and provide technical guidance.
Self-starter and best practices: Candidate should be able to work independently and offer consulting services as well as best practices to implement solutions using Workday integrations.
