Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and execution of live sporting events, fan experiences, and entertainment activations
• Support sponsorship, partnership, and marketing initiatives, including research, outreach, and fulfillment
• Contribute to business operations projects such as ticketing, promotions, and revenue generation
• Gather and analyze fan engagement and digital media performance data
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to enhance the overall fan experience
• Support community relations programs, grassroots events, and brand appearances
• Provide general administrative and logistical support as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated interest or coursework in sports business, marketing, communications, or event management
• Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, or basic data analytics tools is a plus
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and game days as required
