8+ years of experience in Java/Scala Backend Engineer with expertise in Microservices, Distributed Systems, AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, SQS), Kafka, Redis, MongoDB/DocumentDB, Terraform, CloudFormation, Datadog, Splunk, and CI/CD. Strong experience in System Design, Event-Driven Architecture, SRE/Production Support, Observability, Performance Tuning, Resilience Patterns (Hystrix/Resilience4j), and leading scalable, high-availability applications.

JD: Relevant Experience Minimum 8+ years of strong backend engineering experience. Overall, only 10 years' IT Experience Profiles must clearly demonstrate end-to-end ownership (design, development, testing, deployment, production support).
