Are you an experienced Project Engineer/Project Manager seeking a dynamic role in the Manufacturing industry? Do you have a knack for Autodesk Inventor, O&M manuals, and project bids? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a proactive and innovative Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be instrumental in driving our projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency. With a focus on continuous improvement, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our manufacturing processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Engineer/Project Manager, you will:

1. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
3. Utilize Autodesk Inventor to design and optimize manufacturing processes and systems.
4. Prepare O&M manuals and other technical documentation to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing processes.
5. Develop comprehensive proposals for project bids, ensuring they are competitive and accurately reflect the scope of the project.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance our manufacturing processes and systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Engineer or Project Manager role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.
4. Experience preparing O&M manuals and other technical documentation.
5. Proven track record of developing successful proposals for project bids.
6. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
9. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
