Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Testing Analyst to take a leadership role in managing and executing comprehensive testing programs for complex system conversions. This long-term contract position is based in Dublin, Ohio, and involves overseeing the end-to-end testing process for commercial loan servicing systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in coordinating large-scale testing efforts and ensuring quality outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement a detailed testing strategy for all phases of commercial loan system conversions, including mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities.
Define testing objectives, success criteria, and timelines to align with broader project milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test cases, scenarios, and expected outcomes based on business and technical requirements.
Oversee the execution of test cases during mock conversions, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity.
Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues encountered during testing, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and retesting.
Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to project leadership through detailed dashboards and reporting tools.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities, results, and lessons learned to support audit and compliance requirements.
Lead final validation testing efforts, ensuring readiness for go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
Support knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in banking operations or technology, or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years leading testing efforts for large-scale system conversions or implementations.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex testing programs.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with urgency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with defect tracking and resolution processes.
Familiarity with commercial loan servicing or financial operations is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and present progress effectively.
